Your Tech was supposed to come between 12 P & 4 P. He called me around 10:20 AM to ask if he could come early & of course I said Yes!! It was George Miranda. He was so pleasant, polite & very knowledgeable about what he had to do & answering my questions. I am very, very pleased with him, and your company in general. I hope all of your people are as competent & pleasant as George. I surely will give you all 5 (Five) stars!!!

Luke was great! He was friendly, explained everything, and took the time to go over it with me in detail. He worked quickly and quietly, and I would have never known he was here he cleaned up so beautifully. Scheduling was quick and easy, Luke arrived on time (actually arrived early, after calling me to make sure it was OK) and I couldn't be happier. I also love that they are paperless, go green! Definitely recommend this company!

Like was extremely knowledgeable about the reasons garage doors don’t operate as intended. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained the procedure clearly so that a layman could understand. All necessary materials were on his truck as promised and the job was professionally completed in the projected time frame. We called Precision for a Service Call based on their location and ratings, because our Garage Door was opening and closing on its own and was also not responding to the remote or the safety eyes at the bottom of the door. The technician Rob quickly assessed and described the issues with our existing garage door and opener in a manner that was easy to understand. Once the problems were identified, we went over the options to solve the issues. It was determined that we needed a new door opener unit and belt mechanism, we also needed some other belts and spring safety cord replaced. It cost a bit more than we expected, but after being offered a slight break in price and weighing the options to determine that the replacement/upgrade would provide us with a better garage door opener with more features than the old unit, we decided to move forward and the work was completed quickly and thoroughly. We were then given very good instructions on how to use the new door opener, the new indoor and outdoor keypads and Rob also programmed our car to sync up with the new opener and explained how to set up the app to be able to control our garage door from our phones. Overall it was not inexpensive, but we definitely feel that we got a great value, quality products and excellent hands on service, as well as defined warrantees from the provider.

Charles Gripenburg was our technician on January 12. He was scheduled to come between 4-8, and called around 3:40 to let us know he was on his way. He arrived promptly at 4:00. Charles was very polite and was able to assess our problem quickly. Unfortunately, we needed to replace our motor, but at no time did he pressure us. He showed us the problem and clearly explained our options. He was able to replace the motor right then. Not only did he program the 2 remotes and keypad for that door, he also programmed our other door (which Precision replaced for us almost 8 years ago) onto the 2 remotes as well. He made sure we were completely satisfied before he gave us the bill. Charles is fabulous, and we highly recommend him!!
