Precision Overhead Garage Door Service did a phenomenal job when repairing our garage door. It has been on the fritz for the past week and finally derailed making it unusable. I easily scheduled and appoitment via Google, and got scheduled the next day. Within less than 24 hours my garage door pully and spring system had been completely replaced and works better than ever. I am very happy with my new opener which Precision installed within two days after I called. The technicians were courteous and professional and arrived at the time specified. After I made the opener selection, they proceeded with the installation, which they completed in an hour, the time they advised that they would be finished. I am extremely satisfied with Precision service. Brian was very helpful and not at all pushy. He explained everything in detail and told me his recommendations and my choices. In that I rent my home, I did not choose to do the comprehensive choices. I understand that the system is old and is wearing out. Brian is truly professional and I believe you have a gem of an employee. I was also pleased with the ease of booking and promptness of the reply.
