I am very happy with my new opener which Precision installed within two days after I called. The technicians were courteous and professional and arrived at the time specified. After I made the opener selection, they proceeded with the installation, which they completed in an hour, the time they advised that they would be finished. After cleaning up, Brian showed me how to operate the opener. He went over the instructions clearly and precisely and was very patient. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision.

It was a simple issue. Broken spring. Tech was knowledgeable and quickly repaired the door. I thought the price was high. Luckily I had a coupon. I still have not received my receipt that was supposed to be emailed.

We had used this company before - and had had a very good experience with the workmanship so we decided to go with them again. They were very responsive when we contacted them, very professional, showed up at exactly the time that was told to us. Brian was an excellent technician, very professional and explained what our options were very clearly. He also completed the work in good time. He took all the necessary precautions in this COVID era - maintained six feet distance, was masked at all times and did not have any paperwork.

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service did a phenomenal job when repairing our garage door. It has been on the fritz for the past week and finally derailed making it unusable. I easily scheduled and appoitment via Google, and got scheduled the next day. Within less than 24 hours my garage door pully and spring system had been completely replaced and works better than ever. Brian Hallock was nothing short of fantastic. He was COVID appropriate, fast, friendly, and a true professional. We will use this company exclusively in the future and tell all of our neighbors.
