The service from your company was excellent as well as the service from the technicians that fixed the door. One small problem; when I contacted the office for an appointment I was quoted a $250 each for each spring which included labor. The technician asked $550 plus labor. Once I informed him about the quote that was given by the office, he than did not charge for labor and paid $550+tax. Aside from that I admired the professionalism of your company. Thanks again

As always, a fine job by Precision. We both love how we are always kept in the loop about the status of our call. We get updates about the arrival time, who the tech is, a picture of him as well. Our tech was nice, competent and didn't waste any of our time.
