I called in the morning for service on our garage door. The office staff was very polite she scheduled an appointment with your technician Kevin S. for the same day. Kevin was on time, very knowledgeable and professional. Precision has also repaired another garage door in the past which has been working great. I will definitely recommend Precision. Had garage door springs and other hardware replaced. I found my service technician (Chris) to be very knowledgeable regarding repair that was needed and his companies products. I wound up purchasing Precision's "rebuild package" based on discussion with Chris. I had a few questions after install, with my phone call returned timely with all of my questions addressed. A return visit by Chris was required which met all of my needs.

The sping on our garage door broke (my husband thinks due to the cold weather) and Precision Door came the same day and fixed it. Since the sping broke overnight, my car was stuck in the garage. So, they were able to fix the spring with my car in the way. We are grateful for the quick, professional service.

Guy was swamped with calls during the day and was late for our call. However, he did call twice to let me know he was running late and when he arrived he got the new spring up and the door running in 20 min. Great work!!

We were given an appointment for a rep to come to our house on the day we called. Gaetano, the company rep, called about a half hour prior to the appointment time to let us know he was on the way. He was very helpful and professional in his assistance in selecting a door.

Five stars 1. Same day service 2. Greg called ahead as to his arrival time and arrived on time 3. Greg came prepared- he checked the history of the unit and last battery repair 4. He listened and respected my concern about battery performance 5. He explained what he and the company could do and what I could do to be alert to any future problems 6. Your Technician, Kevin S., was very imformative and a pleaseure to deal with, very professional, knowledgeable and personable. The reason for the service was that one of the spring on one of my doors broke. Kevin suggested that I have a "Rebuild" performed, since I needed to get the door open, I agreed to have both doors done. After speaking with other people who had the same thing done, I was kind of taken back at how much more expensive Precision was. But my doors work fine, I'm very happy with the service that Kevin provided. I gave Kevin S 5 stars

I am very pleased with the service I recieved today from Peter and his partner. They were very professional, knew exactly what the problem was and how to best fix it. I had the springs, cables, rollers replaced and the lifter motor was repaired. My door now works very well and I am a happy camper.

I called late Thursday afternoon. Technician arrived as scheduled by 9 am the next day. An estimate was given within 15 minutes. All parts,including a new motor, were on the truck. Repairs and installation was completed in about one hour. Best contractor I have hired within the last 32 years of owning a home.

Its a confidence level to speak and connect with a "human" over the phone, and then make a firm appointment. And I would like to also commend your Technician, Kevin N. I felt I could communicate well with him, and was able to voice my concerns... and ask for advice for future maintenance, all with good feedback. I was very impressed with the thorough nature of the technician's (Pete's) approach to our reserve battery placement problem. He gave the entire garage door apparatus of meticulous check to make certain that everything was just perfect, explaining the process each step of the way. The fact that he came out on Sunday, a day I was home, also prevented me from the inconvenience of having to go into work late. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone!

Pete arrived as scheduled on time. He diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it. He also found my unit had no backup battery which it should have. He installed the battery. He reprogrammed all the remotes even those in built into the newer cars. Also Pete's deportment and grammar were that of an english teacher.
