After five years, my emergency battery needed replacement and I thought a tune up was in order as well. The cable on one our garage doors broke and I called on Monday and was able to get an appointment for Tuesday. The technician, Louis was on time, very experienced, very knowledgeable and very nice! He indicated that we needed more new parts than just the cables and we should go with the Premium Package which seemed expensive to me but after he explained what the individual parts would cost, it made more sense because with the Premium Package the parts are guaranteed for 10 years. He completed all of the work in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again.
