I found your ad on the internet. I called last Monday and the door was repaired today. I'm not sure if the tech was Jim or another person. I don't hear that well. Anyway, the options I had were clearly explained to me, including the work to be done and the cost factor for both options. I chose a complete overhaul. The job was completed in a very reasonable amount of time and the quality of the tech's workmanship was excellent. In addition to knowing what he was doing, he was friendly and answered all of my questions. Your tech is exactly the type of person you want representing your company. I will reccommend your company to anyone who has any garage door issues. Thanks for the great service.

Rob did an excellent installation. He called ahead of time, showed up on time, and was very knowledgeable about the product he was installing. I called Precision Door Service to repair the old garage door opener that had broke and they immediately scheduled me with an appointment that afternoon. Rob Z., the technician who was assigned to my service, called twice to let me know he was on his way, which was incredibly helpful and allowed me to continue getting tasks done instead of needlessly waiting by the door. He inspected the opener, explained the problem and gave me his recommendation. He was qualified, extremely nice and I felt I could trust his opinion. We ended up buying a new garage door and Rob was able to provide sales assistance with that purchase as well. I am highly satisfied with the quality, professionalism and competency I received for this service.

Andrew was great. He called approximately 30 min. before he arrived and was right on time. He was very sociable and answered all my questions. He even advised me that I was still under my 5 year warranty from when I purchased my garage door, which totally slipped my mind. He completed the job quickly and added new screws and washers to fasten the cables. Andrew and Precision are tops. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. Great Job.

Service technician, Scott M., arrived promptly, provided excellent service, explained in detail work to be performed and related code regulations, worked carefully, neatly, and efficiently. He was very professional and displayed high level of customer care. I would not hesitate to recommend him for installations, repairs, or inspections of garage door systems.
