Our 14 year garage door opener had failed and I was able to have someone come out within 2 days of my phone call to give me an estimate. Kevin arrived on time and even called to let me know an approximate arrival time. He introduced himself and his partner and explained the process to me. We needed a new opener and they were able to install one, including the key pads and remotes at that same visit for a reasonable, competitive price. They installed the unit quickly and efficiently and we couldn't be happier. Thank you!

We were very impressed with Precision. The response time between placing a call for service and receiving a call from the technician (Tim R.) confirming when he would be at our home was lightning fast. Tim was wonderful. He obviously knows his stuff and explained everything to us in detail. We will have a new garage door installed in about 2 weeks. We definitely recommend Precision, and give high marks to Tim!

Brian was fantastic. He called ahead to let us know he was on his way, considering this was an emergency repair he actually responded quickly. He was very friendly and very efficient. Brandon called twice before he arrived and was prompt, polite and very professional. The call was to repair a broken spring, but Brandon suggested replacing the rusted rollers and other parts on our two doors that were probably 20 years old. Now the doors work perfectly. The biggest benefit was bringing the system up to code with having the safety cables installed. We were fortunate that our broken spring did not damage our car when it flew in the garage last night. Very prompt and great service. Speedy repair, too.

Gaetano was a complete gentleman and took care of the issues quickly and accurately. I had a broken cable and the battery backups on the openers were bad. He replaced the cables, checked out the entire system and found nothing else wrong. He replaced the battery backups. I am very happy, especially his calls before the service to let me know when he would be arriving. Very professional!

When I called to make an appointment, the gentleman on the phone asked me a couple of questions and we quickly realized that the spring on my garage door was broken. Top-notch all the way. Schedule quickly Service Tech called that morning with a time estimate of when he would arrive. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to explain his assessment of the issues with both me and my husband. The cost to repair was significantly more than what we were expecting, but Gaetano gave us the confidence and understanding to make the right decision. Ultimately, we agreed to the full range of repairs that he suggested. He and Chris performed the work quickly, and professionally taking great care to clean up after themselves and make sure that everything was working properly. It was an absolute pleasure to meet them both. The lifetime guarantee assures us that we made the right choice and know that we can rely on Precision again in the future when/if needed. I have no concerns with using the company for years to come and will recommend them highly to friends and family. Well worth the cost!
