Mike the installer was great! He was very professional and courteous. I really like the new opener. It is much quieter. I used Precision because they installed some new springs on the same door about 10 years ago. The springs are still in great shape.

You responded to my initial inquiry within an hour and set up an appointment to fit my schedule. You then contacted me to say a representative was going to be in my area earlier than expected if that would work for me. I just had Precision Garage Door service an automatic garage door at my new home. I had used them previously at another home I had owned and after getting an exorbitant price from another contractor, I decided to call Precision again. I learned my lesson. Shane was very good with explaining what was needed and different options. Happy with work. Customer service also was helpful since Shane was running behind schedule.
