John was very professional describing the job that needed to be done. Gave us a new remote opener and programmed it so we could press any number to open. He even cleaned the leaves out of our garage so they would not interfere with the sensors. He was Very nice and professional. Would be happy to have him service our garage door every time. You should be pleased to have him as an employee.

Excellent service. Called this morning. I was told someone could be here between 10 and 2. A bit after 10, the service tech called to tell me that he was on a job that would last about 1 1/2 hours and would be to me right after. He then called again when he was about 20 minutes away. Great communication. The tech was fantastic. He diagnosed my problem quickly, put an estimate together and was done in about 30 minutes. Thanks, John. You were just great. I really appreciate the Precision service.

I chose Precision based on the following; I receive your ads in my coupon pack, I see your commercials and was impressed with your website. Your customer service rep was friendly and knowledgable when I called to make an appointment. I was so pleased that I was able to get an appt on the weekend and not charged extra to do so. John Delpiu was my tech today. He was very professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. He did an outstanding job on the install and I would certainly recommend your company to everyone. I love the fact that you send a picture and background of the tech prior to them showing up at your home.

Woke up on a Sunday morning and my garage door wouldn't open! Tried on my own by pulling the emergency cable, but the darn door didn't budge. Did some research, called Precision, and about an hour later someone was at my house helping me out! I was presented with options, and after almost two hours of hard work, including re-attaching the bar/railing that had fallen off the wall and reinforcing it with brackets and bolts, and putting in some new rollers, the door was opening and closing as good as new. The service person did a great job -- he even cleaned up! It wasn't cheap, but with Precision you pay a premium price for a premium service, and it was worth it for me!

Five stars are not enough, I would give you 10 if at all possible! Outstanding customer service from the get go. Your technician showed up on time and he was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He performed a very thorough inspection of my garage door, shot pictures of several parts and once finished he clearly explained to me the different options I had to fix the problem. Then he did his job in a methodical, detailed manner and left everything behind him just impeccable. You should be proud of having John in your team, he is an excellent ambassador who clearly conveys your company's professionalism and values.

This company is awesome! I have used them several times over the years and have always been pleased by their great customer service. Their technicians call and keep you informed where they are in their service visits and when they expect to get to you. Company sends name and photo of service rep, which is a great security feature. Service technician John Delpiu today was terrific and replace the garage door opener, springs, belts, etc. all in under an hour.

Our technician John Delpiu was fabulous (and it's RARE that I give rave reviews)! We opted for the garage door opener repair, rather than replacing the motor (which would have cost us twice the amount); John was very professional while being personable (though not at all too chatty); He was very frank about our options and I liked the fact that he did not PUSH to sell us the (much more costly) new motor. It is RARE that I encounter such great service people in today's day and age!!! Give that man a pay-raise! : )

We called because one of our garage doors stopped opening all the way. The person answering he call was friendly and efficient and set up an appointment convenient to us. The tech, John, came right on time and was extremely pleasant and patient. Unfortunately we needed a new motor, and despite the late hour, John removed the old one with associated chain and track, and installed the new one. He cleaned up beautifully and spent a lot of time explaining the new system to us and setting all 3 doors on the new remote. One remote didn’t program all 3 doors, so he can’t back two days later with remotes that worked on all doors after he programmed them for us, even though it was dark by then.john was unfailingly pleasant, very efficient and knowledgeable and took extra trouble to satisfy us.
