I cannot overstate the quality of the service experience I recently had with Precision and it's employees. From the initial phone call to a helpful and courteous service rep. to the scheduling of the appointment and email confirmation, helpful email reminders, to the service technician (Matthew) who kept me fully apprised of when he would get to my house and his fair and helpful guidance of what needed replacement and what did not, and the quality repair work with a quality product. Definitely a 5 star experience. I would highly recommend Precision.

Matt D was my technician and I can not use enough superlatives to describe his professionalism that he exhibited today. While my one garage door was buckling as it closed, he diagnosed the problem with my garage door almost immediately and completed the necessary repairs in a very timely fashion and it was an added bonus that my repairs were under warranty, as he informed me.
