Service was excellent. Tim explained everything in detail. Great service attitude. Would have been 5 stars except for the sticker shock. I am used to buying an opener at Sears for $XXX and having it installed for a minimal fee. Tim's explanation helped. I thought it was simple, buy new springs, put them up....obviously I had some learning to do.... Jim

We were very pleased with the quality of the work. We were also happy that he was able to fix our current door and did not suggest putting on a new one, which would have been much more costly The technician came and did the repair in one afternoon. The only reason we gave 4 instead of 5 stars is that the price did seem to be a little high for the repair, but we are happy with the work.

The pulleys, cables and rollers on my garage doors had worn out over the last 15 years. Thank you for coming the very next day, for explaining the possibilities thoroughly, and for describing the door rebuild process. Tim was friendly and professional. The doors work better than they ever have thanks to his diligence. The only thing I would like to see in order to give 5 stars would be for the price to be a little lower!

Speedy response to a service call. Technician was very curteous, seemed knowledgable and replaced existing garage door opener. Convinced me that existing opener was at least 17 years old and replacing necessary parts might be close in cost to a new opener. Also informed me of safety issues and installed the new garage door opener in a very efficient manner.
