We wanted to give a review of the work Lou did on our garage door. The door would only open about 5 feet and stop. We called Precision made an appointment. Lou came out to our home. He called before he arrived and was able to come early, which worked better for us. Lou checked and said there were a lot of warn parts, including the main springs. Lou was able to replace the worn parts and the door now opens and closes much easier. We found Lou to be very professional and worked very hard to get the job done with as little disruption to our schedule as possible. We give Lou 5-Stars for his excellent work at our home. Thank you Lou for an job well done!

First, a strong 5 rating! Second, your site was very professional and impressive. We also desired Same-Day service. Last and most importantly is the service technician, Chris Karnacewicz, who came to our home. He was knowledgeable, proficient and efficient. I still can't believe he fixed this door by himself. Dear Precision, Thank you so much for sending Louis to fix my broken garage door. I purchased a home that had a garage door opener that did not work. I was breaking my back opening and closing the door by hand. Louis showed up right on time, he kept me informed throughout the day at what time he would be at my home, he was polite, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I couldn't be more pleased. Kevin, the technician, arrived exactly at the estimated time, was pleasant and courteous and totally honest about the issues with my door. Kevin gave me several options to consider without absolutely no pressure. The repair took a fraction of the time I anticipated and the door is now working beautifully. I was having issues with my garage so I called and precision came that day! (With snow on the roads) They repaired the door and replaced the rollers and a wire and it was like brand new! It works marvelously and was done in less than an hour. Very kind and friendly.
