I have used Precision before & was quite satisfied. Earlier this week I had a problem and called them. They sent a technician - Vince Gerolamo, who was wonderful! He arrived on time, giving me a heads-up call to tell me he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explaining & showing me so that I would understand why I needed the part he would replace. He actually did a sort of "before & after" which was most helpful & as I said, allowed me to understand what he was doing & why. He was both friendly and very professional. Next time I need Precision, I am definitely going to request Vince! Thanks Precision & especially Vince.....

Lou was our technician. I had asked for an early appointment and he complied -- was there before 9. He diagnosed the issue with our current garage door opener (which was 13 years old) and recommended installing a new one rather than repairing the old. He was personable, efficient, and neat. I scheduled a maintenance service and Erik arrived at my house in a matter of hours, and was even early for his appointment. He called me first and gave me an accurate estimate of his arrival time. He listened to my description of the problems and in no time diagnosed and corrected both of the issues and solved the problems. He was courteous and professional throughout. I work for Mercedes-Benz USA for the past 38 years, and we know a little about outstanding customer service, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with both Erik in particular, and the Precision company in general. Chris paid close attention to the sounds the doorr made while opening n closing to be sure it was opening and closing properly. He made necessary adjustments until all was operating smoothly.
