I give Lou 5 stars. Company was very professional from time I called for appointment. Lou followed up promptly alerting me to when he would arrive as planned. Very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Solved my problem quickly and also did general exam of doors and hardware. Would recommend him and company without hesitation.

Five (5) Stars. Brandon is a great technician and has an awesome client service mentality. He figured out that it was my sensors that were bad almost immediately, and also recommended a full overhaul of the door, cables and pulleys. He emphasized that Precision is available 7 days a week and not to hesistate to call with any issues for followup or anything new. I will be recommending Precision to all of my business partners and friends.

Kevin was great. He called me to let me know when he would arrive. He was professional in presenting various options for replacement of a garage door opener. I in fact elected to replace both openers, even though one was working. Kevin stayed until 8 PM to get the job done!!! Explained everthing. Highly recommended!!

This was the quickest service I think I have ever received. Called in the morning and the door was fixed that evening. I received a coupon from your company, and needing to fix my garage door, made an appt. I was impressed with the fact that your technicians are drug tested and that you perform background checks. The problem I was having was that whenever we lost power and I needed to get my car out of the garage, the door would not stay up when lifted manually! This problem is now fixed! The technician who did the work, Louis, was very professional and explained to me everything that had to be done. My only complaint is that I feel you are a bit 'pricey'! We never expected to spend as much as we did. But obviously, this is no reflection whatsoever on the tech.

I would give the level of service I received today a 5 on a 1-5 scale where 5 is the highest. I would rate the technician, Ron, that performed the service a 10 if you had one! Ron’s customer service skills and product knowledge is excellent. He worked quickly and efficiently and completed the job with professionalism. He answered all of our questions and left me feeling confident that we had chosen the right company for the job. I manage 16 employees for a pharamceutical company so I know and appreciate the value of competent employees. I have never used your company until today, so assuming the product we purchased performs as well as the employee who installed it, I will be happy to recommend your company to our friends and family who need garage door services in the future.
