There was no pressure to get anything I didn't need and he was very polite and friendly. This is the first time I used Precision but I will definitely use them again.

The customer service rep. on the phone was terrific and the service technicians who came to the house to make the required repairs arrived at the requested time and did exactly what they said they would do. The only issue that came up was the warranty, which I was informed was 90 days but I had to request the paperwork for that. The technicians were otherwise respectful, informative, clean and did their work in what I observed to be a reasonably prompt and competent manner. Your company charges a bit more for repairs than the last contractor we utilized 3 years ago, but the service was terrific and your company was able to accommodate my very busy schedule, which I sincerely appreciate. You might find someone cheaper, but not better, from my viewpoint.

First of all, I will like to say thank you to the entire precision team that worked above and beyond for making this work successful. James was very professional and knowledgeable, Kelly was very nice and patient with me when I was having problem with picking the best windows that was suitable for my home and last but not the least, Rodrigo was a gentleman, very clean gave me step to step information through out his crafted work. After finding great reviews about Precision on Angies List I contacted them to help with a broken door at a rental unit I own. They were able to send someone out the next day to help with my issues. Lou was very thorough in explaining what the issues were and what my options were to fix it. Being a condo unit there were limits to what we could do but he was very helpful in giving me all the information I needed to make the right decision. We did a full replacement of all rollers, springs, pulleys and cables. The work he performed was top notch and we are very satisfied with the outcome. We will be contacting Precision for work in the future when needed.

We came home late last night only to find the springs and cables were all broken on my garage door. I immediately called Precision Doors and got a live person who set up my appointment for Friday morning. The guys showed up at 9am so nice and professional. They explained to me my options and within 2 hours my door was fixed and better than when we had it installed. They were great and even checked my other door to let me know how that door parts are as well. I am not sure if I paid more or less compared to other companies, but I know it was fixed right and now I have a lifetime warranty on my doors that I did not have when Home Depot installed them. They were only 4 years old and all the inside parts were junk. I am glad I now have parts that will last a long time. Well worth the money.

Very impressed called 9 pm for an appointment and had a tech scheduled for 8-12 the next day! Called to let us know they were on the way and it was great to get an email with picture and bio of rep. Had to have my mother stay at house because we were at work and was very happy with the friendly rep my two year old even told me his name, Chris! Door runs quieter than it did new five years ago! Cost more than expected but was in ballpark of others but has lifetime warranty. Highly recommend!

Pete was amazing. I needed a new remote control for my garage door opener. He had a cancellation and could come early. I was still at work so we arranged for him to complete the service without me even coming home. Everything was done over the phone. Very convenient for both of us! Excellent service!!!!

Great experience. I woke up this morning only to find my garage door would not open and I could not go to work. I called the company that originally installed the opener but they could not accommodate me. I called Precision and someone was at my door within an hour. Kevin was very nice and very professional. He explained everything to me and my door was fixed in an hour. I will not bother to call anyone else in the future.

While I was disappointed to learn that I needed a new garage door and opener, the staff of Precision Door were very professional and helped to minimize the overall impact. Eric worked with me by phone while my wife was on-site. He provided answers to all of my questions and followed-up on all discussions and decisions. Rodrigo and his partner (installer) showed-up went right to work and did a great job. He took the time to demonstrate the new system and ensure I was comfortable before he left the job-site. My wife and I are very happy with our door and the system is so quiet and functional. We are glad we made the change. I must say that all of the staff we dealt with either by phone or in person were very professional and pleasant. AND it is nice to know there are companies out there that still support the military. Great Job!
