I was very impressed with my service call today with Pete. My door was structurally broken on the top panel and he provided the service to fix it instead of trying to sell me a new door which is what I was afraid of. He offered to replace the one panel but gave me also the lower cost option to repair the existing panel. He notified me that my rollers should be replaced, showed me exactly why, and again gave me the option to do a total rebuild or replace just the rollers. After repairs, my door was operating safely, smoothly and with NO NOISE. I appreciated his honesty and willingness to help. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything fully. Thanks Pete!!

My technician arrived on time, looking friendly and professional. After assessing the problem, he gave me two choices of how I could proceed. Once I made a decision, he gave me a price and told me how long it would take to install. He finished exactly when he said he would and cleaned up the area. I will only call Precision when I need garage door repairs.

Having recently purchased the house, I have been dealing with a lot of technicians representing various companies for various services. I can confidently say that the Precision Garage Door guys are some of the best. They actually came when they said they would come. A minor hiccup when they first came out because they did not have a special tool they needed for my type of garage door, but they rescheduled on the spot. When the work was completed, it was done efficiently and expertly. They showed me how to operate it and supervised me when I was trying it out myself. I would highly recommend their services.

Kevin was very professional and clearly described the different types of garage door openers to help us make the right decision. We replaced our old noisy chain drive opener with a belt drive opener that is extremely quiet and also came with two remotes, wireless keypad and battery backup. Installation took only an hour. Kevin went over everything before leaving and was very pleasant to deal with. Highly satisfied!

I am very happy with the product I purchased and the way it is working. While I was disappointed to learn that I needed a new garage door and opener, the staff of Precision Door were very professional and helped to minimize the overall impact. Eric worked with me by phone while my wife was on-site. He provided answers to all of my questions and followed-up on all discussions and decisions. Rodrigo and his partner (installer) showed-up went right to work and did a great job. He took the time to demonstrate the new system and ensure I was comfortable before he left the job-site. My wife and I are very happy with our door and the system is so quiet and functional. We are glad we made the change. I must say that all of the staff we dealt with either by phone or in person were very professional and pleasant. AND it is nice to know there are companies out there that still support the military. Great Job!

I have used Precision Door many times and have always been pleased with their service. Today I had an appointment time from between 12 and 4 p.m. Robert, the technician, called me and told me he could come earlier. He arrived at 10:00 a.m. He replaced the weatherstripping on the bottom of my garage door and also the springs and pulleys. He also showed me how to do the balance test and explained everything to me. He was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Thank you to Robert and Precision for another great job.
