Our garage door opener was not working and we had used Precision before so we called again. Kevin came out and took a look at the garage door opener. It was an old door opener so it was to our benefit to replace it than to keep repairing it. So Kevin install the new one and it works perfectly. Very happy with the service and the communication with Kevin.

Our garage door was damaged on Saturday night, so we went to the internet for help. Passing over the numerous shady "garage door repair" websites, we arrived at Precision's, which appeared to be the only legitimate one out there. We called at 10PM Saturday, spoke to a live operator, scheduled an appointment for Monday morning, got the name of the technician, Brian B., who was scheduled to come, read his bio and his reviews on the website, and hoped for the best. Brian arrived on time on Monday, despite an ice storm, opted to repair, rather than replace, the bottom panel on our garage door, and charged an eminently reasonable price. A week in, and the door continues to look flawless, and function perfectly. This reviewer is a 100% satisfied customer.

He actually was getting so technical, I had to tell him to cut it short!! My garage door broke this morning and Precision was able to send someone out the same day. From the beginning: (my phone call) to the end, (when job was completed) I can't recall anything that could be done better. Very nice girl made an appointment for next morning. Kevin Stasiak was here at exact time we agreed on, in 5 minutes he explained what's wrong with the door, gave me an estimate and after my OK, started working. He did an excellent job, the door works like new. And then he took his time to explain to me how the door should be maintained to avoid problems in the future. Thank you PDS. It was not good news to hear that 2 out of 3 of my garage door openers were fried and the cost of them with new springs would be over $2K. What softened the financial blow was your service tech, Gaetano. It is very rare that one receives top-notch service from such a knowledgeable and pleasant fellow. I've been using Precision to service our garage doors for years, they installed our opener and I call them whenever we have a problem. The technicians that come to the house are always knowledgable and polite. Kevin S came to our house recently to install cables for safety into the springs and he is an asset to your company, friendly and efficient. I have no reason to call any other company when it comes to garage doors and garage door openers.

There where a few unforeseen problems in the beginning but Kevin took the time and effort to make everything work. I love my new garage door opener. The unit is very smooth and quite, the safety sensor is great, the automated light switch is awesome and the unit tells even me the time and temperature!!!

Tim is a perfect representative for your company. He very professionally and knowledgeably evaluated my very old opener and even older garage doors, presented various options available to me, and answered every question I had, all without ever pushing for a sale. When I decided the best route for me was to replace the doors and opener, his input was invaluable in determining the door model that would best meet my needs, and it was NOT the most expensive one! I have been very pleasantly surprised by the service we received today. It started with speaking to a pleasant representative on the phone to establish an appointment. Then the technician called to introduce himself and to confirm his intended time of arrival. Kevin was professional and knowledgeable. He was able to explain my options and the costs involved accurately. He was tidy to boot. He also thanked me for my business. I would highly recommend this company.
