He made the repairs in a quick and professional manner. He even checked the other garage doors to make sure they were in proper working order. We chose Precision because they were close to our home. The total experience from beginning to end was exceptional. Between Teresa, Anthony, Zsolt and Doug J, we couldn't have been more impressed with their knowledge and expertise. Zsolt and Doug J were the technicians who did the installation for our new garage door. They were great! They showed up ahead of schedule and finished on time. My husband was very impressed with Zsolt's technical knowledge and willingness to answer any and all questions we had. Good product + great people = happy customer!!!

This tech was knowledgable, curtious, prompt. We needed one liftmaster replaced but decided to do the double door as well since it was 19 years old. Tech phoned to let me know he was on his way, etc. Helped program my car, did all the remotes, etc. etc. Need to give this guy a raise and a promotion. Rarely do I have this kind of service! Doors are also SOOOO quiet!

Rich was, like before, amazing, clear and professional. I must add that while Precision seems to have very good technicians on the field, their call center does not echo the same level of service. They weren't as friendly or helpful as the field team like Rich are.

Just great service overall - all the way from when I placed the service request to when the technician arrived. Came within the window indicated, called before they came to confirm and most importantly did a professional job with the repair. The door works better than it ever did. I'd also say the technician kept me informed throughout the process - not just told me but showed me what had to be done an why - written estimate prior to doing any work. Can't say enough about the professionalism of the company - outstanding - now if only other service providers could be this good!
