I can't recommend John highly enough! My garage door opener decided to die last night, and John came out quickly to assess the situation. He went above and beyond, trying every possible way to fix the existing opener to save me the expense of a replacement. Unfortunately, it was beyond repair, but I truly appreciated his honest advice and thorough explanation of the issue. When it came to replacing the opener, John was efficient, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He installed the new system perfectly, ensured it was working flawlessly, and even took the time to show me how to use all the features. My husband and I just moved into a beautiful house in West Orange and found that our garage door opener was not working properly. We chose Precision Garage Door Service here in NJ because of its proximity to our home and its great reviews, which are well-deserved. Ethan, who had been assigned to help us with our problem, was great. He found that the device was very old and gave us the option to replace it or have it fixed for the time being. We opted for the latter and he skillfully and swiftly fixed the problem. The company itself is very professional; Rob, the service manager, let us know that we would be alerted before Ethan's arrival. Precision Garage doors was excellent from start to finish. They had great communication through texts, email and phone. The day of my service they came within the scheduled window which was appreciated and the team had the door replaced in under 2 hours. The door looks great including the trim. Very fast response and very professional service. I had a broken garage door spring and booked an appointment online at 10:00 pm the night before. The next morning Xavier showed up at 8:30 am. He was very knowledgeable and handy and replaced both springs and pulleys within one hour. The only surprise is the price of the springs ($400 each) and I paid $1800+ total for part cost and labor.

Xavier is skilled tech with terrific personal business skills……a credit to your company. He knows his stuff ! and will, some day soon, have his own franchise. He understood the issues and how to correct them quickly. Only thing is……I should have called Precision first ……as I wasted/was ripped off nearly $800.00 by another by another company that ONLY replaced two springs. Garage door issues …..who you gonna call……PRECISION !!!

The service provided by Precision was excellent. The technician showed up on time reviewed the issue I was having with my garage door. He then presented 3 options with pricing to repair/replace parts and what the warranty for each option would be. I agreed to one of the options to repair and replace an antiquated motor. The job was completed in less than 2 hours. Thank You Precision!
