I am totally impressed with the level of professionalism displayed by this company. Right after I booked the appointment, I received a text from the service manager. He let me know when I could expect the technician. The technician let me know how far out he was and then I received a text with his photo and some info about him. He was professional, courteous and helpful. Fortunately, it was a relatively easy fix, but I will be using this company very soon to replace my opener.

On 1/13/25, I had the motor in my garage door replaced. The old motor was purchased in 2024. The technician did an excellent job. He installed the new garage door opener, provided new remote openers, and installed the new door openers outside the garage door. He worked efficiently and cleaned up all the mess. This individual knew his job and performed it well. Any questions I had were answered. I am very pleased with the completed task and would recommend this company for their excellent work performance.

The service provided by Precision was excellent. The technician showed up on time reviewed the issue I was having with my garage door. He then presented 3 options with pricing to repair/replace parts and what the warranty for each option would be. I agreed to one of the options to repair and replace an antiquated motor. The job was completed in less than 2 hours. Thank You Precision!

I can't recommend John highly enough! My garage door opener decided to die last night, and John came out quickly to assess the situation. He went above and beyond, trying every possible way to fix the existing opener to save me the expense of a replacement. When it came to replacing the opener, John was efficient, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. My husband and I just moved into a beautiful house in West Orange and found that our garage door opener was not working properly. We chose Precision Garage Door Service here in NJ because of its proximity to our home and its great reviews, which are well-deserved. Ethan, who had been assigned to help us with our problem, was great. He found that the device was very old and gave us the option to replace it or have it fixed for the time being. We opted for the latter and he skillfully and swiftly fixed the problem. The company itself is very professional; Rob, the service manager, let us know that we would be alerted before Ethan's arrival. Very fast response and very professional service. I had a broken garage door spring and booked an appointment online at 10:00 pm the night before. The next morning Xavier showed up at 8:30 am. He was very knowledgeable and handy and replaced both springs and pulleys within one hour. The only surprise is the price of the springs ($400 each) and I paid $1800+ total for part cost and labor.

David was the best. He came at the time he texted me he would arrive. He presented himself clean and well-dressed. He was personable and knowledgeable. He performed the repairs in the timeline he said he would. We have used Precision in the past and each representative has been flawless. We would highly recommend David (or current representative). He deserves a raise and a promotion if he wants one.
