Excellent Customer Service all around! Operator Tommy was professional, friendly, & knowledgeable. She was able, due to a cancellation, to get us an immediate appointment. Technician Brian H. & Trainee John arrived within the hour, also very professional, friendly, & knowledgeable. Brian was able to inspect the opener, assess the problem, provide a detailed explanation, offer several quote options, and install the opener quickly & efficiently. I selected Precision Garage Door as the reviews were amazing and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

Mike was a pleasant sales representative, who was knowledgeable and very helpful during the door selection process. Marcus and Ferdinand were polite and efficient despite the rainy weather they had to deal with on the install day. All in all, Precisions Garage doors provide a good product for a reasonable price. The technician, Brian, performed a complete inspection, explained the problems and reviewed options with me. I never felt pressured into a decision. My garage door stopped closing due to a bad sensor so I called Precision and they sent over Louis Rowek. Lou diagnosed the problem and reviewed the entire door operation to allow me to choose the services I were to do. Is and the ones to wait on. Lou was very courteous and fast. By the time he left I felt like I had made a new friend, great guy. I will definitely use them again.
