Rep came to house to repair garage door. Quoted me 700.00 to replace a few parts. Then he said he could do the job for 465.00. Still outrageous. He then said for 300.00 he could get the door working. Didn’t have any work done, but had to pay 73.00 for a service call when there was no service done. Nothing about a service fee on your website. I called Dimension Overhead Door out of Wantage NJ who repaired the door perfectly for 100.00. I only wanted my door repaired. Not rebuilt. Thank you for returning my check.

Our technician Charles showed up on time and provided us with great service. He explained to us what needed to be repaired, showed us the worn out parts, gave us an estimate of the repair and then went right to work. He replaced the rollers, pulleys and springs and reprogramed our remotes. Thank you Charles, well done!
