I just wanted to say that Pete O was an excellent service man. He was not only on time but he presented as sure of himself, and educated in his work. He was safe, and clean, and knew how to clearly explain the workings of the door, the key pad, and troubleshooting. In retrospect, I only wish I had taken photos of the smashed in garage door prior to him removing it for insurance purposes. He was not at fault for that... I should have done that on my own. --- but was still frazzled by the whole event of my neighbor driving into my garage door, and car within. Pete made a frightening, upsetting situation into something of the past in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Precision garage door to others- if needed.

I have read some really negative review about this company on google. But majority reviews are positive. I believe few employee in this company probably didn't do good job. But I will give 5.0 star to technician Tim R who repaired my garage door. Tim was not pushing for me to buy their service and product, but explained to me, how each part works,what will be the symptom if parts start to have problem and might need to be replaced. Overall Tim is very nice person and seems to be very experience technician. The price is little higher than I expected, but they provide very good quality of product and service. They even provided the name and photo of technician before technician arrived.

Precision Garage Doors is very well organized with friendly and knowledgeable staff providing exemplary customer service. I had a new garage door opener installed and the technician - Lou - took the time to explain all of his recommendations as we went through the process. I also was very impressed at how well run the company seems to be with technology being used very effectively to make the process as smooth as possible. Chris was my service man and had my garage door repaired and leveled within the 30 minutes he estimated... however, while we were finalizing the invoice, and for the first time in Chris's career, the spring broke and cables were flying over our heads.
