Kevin was the service representative who repaired my garage door. I needed new springs and a cable and I was very pleased with his knowledge and explained everything he was going to do. Before he started he went over the costs and explaining why I needed to repair these items with my garage door. He was very professional and I would recommend PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE.

Impressed!! On the weekend of Fourth of July, my garage door stopped working and Prescision came out on that Sunday. Wow! Our technician, Brian B. was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and just down right a great guy. Even before he came Brian called to confirm and when our schedule needed to be adjusted he was unbelievably accommodating. It is very few and far between to get great service like this nowadays. The repair was quality work and Brian was thorough with identifying the parts that needed to be repaired and the parts that were in good lasting condition.
