Our technician was courteous, timely and very helpful. He called to let us know he would be a bit earlier than our scheduled time, which was wonderful! It is fantastic that they do not charge anything additional for a Saturday or Sunday call. Kevin came to do an inspection & repair. One week later, Erik conducted a follow-up inspection and installed a new garage door opener. Both were friendly and highly professional.
