I saw an ad on Angie's List and heard some other advertisement and thought why not. My one garage door opener had stopped working and the other was reaching the end of its life. James (your tech) called ahead to let me know what time he would be arriving which was wonderful. The price for the service and product I received was right on par. James was very professional and knowable; I was impressed with the work he did and the speed in which it was done. I love that your truck is fully stocked and even though it was just the rollers that were originally going to be replaced I was able to have both openers replaced on the spot. Itâ??s a great sales technique but I have no buyerâ??s remorse. I love my new openers and would highly recommend your services to any of my friends or family. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I am very pleased with the service I received yesterday. I needed the main back up battery for the motor replaced and the office personnel gave me an appointment for the day I requested. Bob Z. Called 1/2 hour before he came and was there promptly at the time he said he would be here. The battery was changed in 5 minutes and he also silicone sprayed the channels for the door and changed the battery on the outside key pad. He was very cordial and answered some questions that I had about the door . I had this door installed by Precision and am very pleased with its safety factors and reliability. James and Brad helped fix one of the garage doors that was not closing or shutting down. I had the house power washed and think one of the sensors may have taken the brunt of the water pressure. Regardless, they both were very professional and helpful and fixed the problem on the spot. After they left I noticed that the Keypad and the remote key were not working. I called them and they came back with a few minutes. They reset the system and now everything seems to be working fine.
