The technician that came to my house to give me an estimate for repairs of my garage door or a new garage door was Tim Rainey. He was very friendly and explained in detail what my options were and answered all my questions. After I spoke to Tim I felt confident purchasing the door from Precision and am now waiting for the installation which he told me will be done in about three weeks. While he was at my home he was able to open the door that had broken so I now have access to the garage until it is replaced. I was happy to have dealt with Tim and happy I that chose Precision.

I can't believe how quite my new door opener is. We thought it was just an old motor, but when they came to install the opener they noticed a number of other real problems, such as broken brackets and seized bearings in the door itself.
