I was shocked and delighted with the service and repair i received today. A spring on my garage door broke and I was unable to lift the extra large garage door to leave the house. Needless to say during the holiday season this was very distressing. A technician by the name of Kevin arrived at the house as scheduled. He also had called to inform me that he was on the way. He introduced himself and he presented himself as a true professional. He was pleasant and very informative. He told me in advance of all repairs he recommended and their costs. He had my garage door working well in exactly the amount of time he estimated it would take. I want to thank Kevin. I also want to applaud the owners of this business. This was a service call that really emphasized the word "service. I will absolutely recommend this company when given the opportunity.

Lou was courteous, friendly, prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. He taught me how to replace the (dead) batteries in my remote as well as the keypad battery, then went to work refastening wires and cables that a painter had loosened in the garage. He checked all the mechanisms and lubricated the moving parts. Very quick and efficient. I continue to recommend Precision to my neighbors and friends.

Very happy with Eric , the technician. The work done was Excellent. I was not happy about being told the work was scheduled to be done between 8am and 12 noon. The technician showed up at 11:50am. Work started at 12:35pm. Eric did an excellent job. At the end of the day I was completely happy with the job done.

Lou was my technician today to change my battery backup. After he quickly did that, he inspected the rest of the mechanism and determined the items most in imminent jeopardy were the pulleys and one of the cables. Since I was recently laid off for the rest of the year, replacing the springs, etc will need to wait a bit. I appreciate that Lou understood my situation and found a way to do the work that needed to be done immediately at a price I could afford. After two service visits - first visit: no problem uncovered, but two cables were replaced. Second visit after same problem returned - it was determined that the "eye" was blinking - should have been constant. Eye was straightened and cleaned off - and hopefully the problem of the door not closing all the way was resolved. I hope!
