We had a window from 8-12....our technician, Lou, called to let us know that he had a bigger job than anticipated and may come outside the window-we appreciated that. At 1pm, Lou called back to let us know he was on his way and couldn't have been more apologetic for being late. When he arrived he was extremely professional and courteous. He listened to our concerns and came up with a plan of action. He addressed every issue and concern we had and stayed until everything was working perfectly. We would recommend Lou to anyone.
