Had springs and garage door opener replaced. Precision was able to send a technician within a day of calling. Our technician knew exactly what was wrong and presented our options clearly. He worked efficiently and safely despite the freezing weather that evening. The door is working perfectly now. We are very satisfied and will continue to use Precision.

Dealing with Precision Door was a complete pleasure. My call for service was scheduled very quickly and easily. My technician, Peter Orlando, called me to advise he would arrive in about 20 minutes and he was right on time. After inspection, he gave me a thorough explanation of the problem and offered three options. The installation of my new opener was completed in a very timely fashion and Peter again took his time to explain everything to me. He was very knowledgeable and professional.
