He came promptly when he said he would. He clarified my options for my garage door repair. Scott was very professional, courteous and helpful. My garage door is now repaired.

Your technician called about a half hour before he arrived and found the problem: oiled a very squeaky hinge and was very attentive in checking the hinges, oiling them, etc, & changed a bulb in the opening apparatus near the motor. His name was Louis G Rowek.
