I had the pleasure of having John D as my garage door technician. He was professional and friendly. He called in advance as a courtesy to ask if he can arrive earlier than scheduled-- we love that! The job was explained clearly with full transparency about pricing. At the completion of the service, he was open to answering our questions after demonstrating the working garage door-- which shows he's extremely skilled and knowledgeable in what he does. Excellent Customer Service all around! Operator Tommy was professional, friendly, & knowledgeable. She was able, due to a cancellation, to get us an immediate appointment. Technician Brian H. & Trainee John arrived within the hour, also very professional, friendly, & knowledgeable. Brian was able to inspect the opener, assess the problem, provide a detailed explanation, offer several quote options, and install the opener quickly & efficiently. I selected Precision Garage Door as the reviews were amazing and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

Mike was a pleasant sales representative, who was knowledgeable and very helpful during the door selection process.
