I had Kevin as a technician to install my garage door opener. He was the most professional friendly technician I have ever met. He took his time to explain to me the difference between four different models. He allowed me to review the models and make a decision on my own as to which one I wanted. I would recommend this company to anyone who’s looking for professionalism and the know how to replace or repair your garage doors. I was able to make a next-day appointment after our garage door completely stopped working one evening. I was really impressed by the communication I received from Precision leading up to the appointment, and Xavi did a fantastic job of fixing our garage door the next day. He was communicative before arriving to our house and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with our garage door. He saved us some money too by using smaller parts that would still get the job done. He was finished within two hours. Overall we had an awesome experience and will definitely be using Precision Door again.
