Precision Door did not disappoint. Every aspect of the service they provided was exceptional and exceeded our expectation. We called for repair service on Wednesday and had garage door expert Brian Hallock at our home the next day before noon. He and his partner Sean diagnosed our issue, provided us with cost estimates and had a new garage door opener and external keypad installed within a half hour. Brian then updated our cars to recognize the new unit so we can open the garage door from the car. Precision Door has excellent customer service. They create a seamless experience for the customer, from the ease of scheduling to the prompt emailing of the receipt/invoice as soon as the job is done. They called to let me know they would arrive about 30 minutes earlier than scheduled, which was remarkable given that it was the day after Thanksgiving. My garage door was fixed within an hour. Roberto was friendly and efficient. If I can’t avoid paying loads of money for repairs, I at least appreciate having the process go smoothly and quickly.

Hi Doug, my husband and I have used your company in 2009 and I had saved the information in my kitchen drawer, just in case. The folder held specifics on the parts that you repair and the prices. Also, the bill for what we had repaired. Very professional. So after all these years, I brought out the folder in perfect shape and called you all. Your worker came today, Friday after Thanksgiving.
