Excellent service. Chris called me at work to let me know he would be at my house in about 15 minutes. I had a flood in my basement and both sensors on bottom of door needed to be replaced. He tested the old ones to make sure they were no good. Replaced them, put new batteries in our remotes and was on his way in about 20 minutes. Thank you!!!

I'd give 10 stars if I could! I called Precision at about 2:30pm. A REAL person answered the phone and I had a repair team at my house in less than an hour. We installed our new steel garage doors last summer to replace the old wood ones. The new doors run much more smoothly and a lot more quietly! The technician was very friendly and did a great job.
