They called in advance and arrived timely, actually early...Louis and Charles were very helpful...ensuring they explained what was going on with my garage door and clearly laid out the options on repairs and warranties for me so I could make an informed decision. The cable on one our garage doors broke and I called on Monday and was able to get an appointment for Tuesday. The technician, Louis was on time, very experienced, very knowledgeable and very nice! He indicated that we needed more new parts than just the cables and we should go with the Premium Package which seemed expensive to me but after he explained what the individual parts would cost, it made more sense because with the Premium Package the parts are guaranteed for 10 years. He completed all of the work in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again.

Brian did a great job replacing rollers and other items my garage door and when a wire came loose on another area a week later, Kevin came back and fixed the problem at no extra charge. Great service and I wold definitely use Precision again.
