Lou R. contacted me the morning of the repair to give me an estimated time of arrival. He was on time and able to fix the issue in less than 10 minutes. During the process he was curtious and detailed about what the issue was, what he was doing to resolve it and why it happened. He was knowledgeable and confident in his work. It was another great experience using Precision. Lew, the technician, had done a fantastic job repairing the garage door problem previously, and this time we needed a new motor. He arrived right on time, checked what needed to be done and got to work, very efficiently. Upon completion, he was careful to explain everything and to double-check that everything was in order. As the last time, he was professional, friendly and super-efficient. Precision seems to have great employees and they do a terrific job.
