Thomas Sackmann, the Precision tech, came on time, analyzed and explained the situation, did not try to upsell, and presented a detailed choice of 4 estimates with different repairs and warranty time-frame. We chose one, and two hours later, the door was fixed, and safe. Thomas manners and workmanship were impeccable.
