I was in a tough spot! Garage door would not open or close properly late on a Friday night, when I had somewhere I needed to be quickly. And I know with lots of places it is tough to get Saturday service which meant I would have to take off time from work with little advance planning. I called and was so pleased to actually get to talk to a person and not an answering machine. This very helpful lady found a slot to get someone to me on Saturday. That morning David called and suggested he could come even earlier which was great news. He found the problem and fixed it right away.
