My experience was exceptional with the technician Brian. He was courteous and explained everything needed in detail as well as offering choices for the task at hand. My appointment was immediate when scheduling and text messages provided for arrival , which happened to be earlier than expected. I would highly recommend Precision for overhead door needs.

I had the best experience with Rob & Tyler. They upgraded my old liftmaster motors and fixed up a few other things. My garage now runs quietly and smoothly. Whom ever does the hiring for their company does an excellent job because these guys are so easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Thomas Sackmann was a professional, personable, courteous and obviously competent technician. He asked what we thought the problem might be and about the coupon and proceeded with the maintenance check. He said everything was working, but since the motor was put in (by Precision 2007) we could consider putting in a new one and the springs also were fine, but old. Discussed with my siblings and decided for the middle motor of the three choices and to also do the springs. He told me the total plus the time it would take and was told to go ahead. After completion Thomas checked everything to see that it worked properly. Reset the keypad and two remotes. He was a pleasure and efficient. You are the company who installed the original garage door and a second door when it was hit by a car. We are more than satisfied with Precision's work.

Our garage door opener suddenly stopped working after overnight power outage. We tried everything but failed to make it to work. We contacted Precision and they immediately sent Matt to my house. Ricky, the technician, was great. He took the time to explain how he would do the job, made me aware we have a lifetime warranty on parts, provided information on the overall condition of our garage door, the parts, and the motor. While he was working, he kept me apprised of his progress and any issues he encountered. I actually felt educated after he finished the job. He was very friendly and personable. We’ve lived in our current house for 33 years and have used Precision exclusively for our garage door over that time. Their record keeping is fantastic too, as they know our complete repair history whenever they have to come out.

Communications from Precision were excellent. I was notified that my serviceman Luke was on the way. He arrived and was very friendly and courteous, and listened attentively to me when I explained the problem with the motor for my garage door. He opened it up, explained the problem and then presented my options for repair or replacement and the costs of each. He made the repair, tested the door and then finalized the invoice.
