This was undoubtedly the best experience I have had! The flyer for Precision Doors was in a weekly mailer that I received last week. I began having trouble with the opener a month ago. Periodically I could get it to work but not consistently. Knowing that the open was over 20 years old, I expected it needed more than just a tune up. Shane, the technician who came, gave me a thorough explanation of the problem and offered 3 levels of service to repair the problem. Basically the opener had to be replaced. He worked tirelessly to replace my door opener. I would strongly recommend this company for service and/or replacement of a garage door and/or garage door opener. They were honest and straight forward in the approach. At no time was I made to feel uncomfortable with the service. My new opener is much quieter than the previous opener and I believe it will provide me with years of service!

Super easy and convenient online scheduling with regular txt updates. The technician, Jonathan Wilson, arrived on time as promised. Jon was courteous, friendly and professional. The service representative Tom Sackmann promptly evaluated the condition of my garage door and whether a certain section could be repaired. He conferred with the Precision office and together they felt the requested repair would not be effective. I sincerely appreciated the professionalism and honesty of dealing with Tom and the Precision company. They did not bill me for coming out and for that I will definitely call them when other replacement parts are required.

A couple of years ago, I used Precision to install a garage door opener on one of the garage doors. The technician did an excellent job, so in 2025, I wanted them to work on my second garage door. I've had Precision Garage doors for about 10 years now they are always reliable. Recently I had to replace one of the remotes the service man was excellent and replaced and programed the remote in minutes. Very satisfied!
